Accreditation Reviews

Cecil Thomas is an NAIC Accreditation Reviewer. Cecil has provided consulting services to state insurance departments to assist them in their accreditation preparations.

In addition, the workpapers of numerous examinations conducted by HuffThomas on behalf of state insurance departments have been reviewed by the NAIC's Accreditation Teams.

HIPAA Compliance

HuffThomas is the sole contractor to the Federal Government for HIPAA compliance reviews. We have also performed HIPAA compliance reviews for insurance departments.
